Ingredients:

2 ears of fresh corn, kernels removed and reserved
1 small potato, peeled and diced into small cubes
2 slices of bacon, diced into small cubes
1/4 cup of heavy cream
1/4 cup of chicken stock or vegetable stock
2 tablespoons of butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 185°F (85°C).
Place the corn kernels, potato cubes, bacon cubes, heavy cream, chicken stock or vegetable stock, butter, salt and pepper into a vacuum-sealed bag.
Place the bag into the preheated sous vide water bath and cook for 2 hours.
Remove the bag from the water bath and carefully open it.
Transfer the contents of the bag to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as cheese or sour cream.
