Ingredients:

500g pork shoulder
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon onion powder

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 82°C (180°F).
Rub the pork shoulder with olive oil and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin and onion powder.
Place the seasoned pork shoulder into a vacuum sealed bag and seal it using a vacuum sealer or the water displacement method.
Place the sealed bag into the preheated sous vide water bath and cook for 8 hours.
Once cooked, remove the bag from the water bath and carefully open it up using kitchen scissors or a knife.
Shred the cooked pork using two forks or your hands until it resembles pulled pork texture.
