Ingredients:

6 oysters
2 tablespoons of panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons of all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for frying

Cooking Instructions:

In a shallow bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper.
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Dip each oyster into the panko mixture and coat evenly on both sides.
Place the coated oysters into the hot oil and fry for about 5 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
Remove from heat and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or condiment.
