Ingredients:

1 cup gluten free all
purpose flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons maple syrup

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a waffle iron to medium-high heat.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten free all-purpose flour, rolled oats, baking powder and salt until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, almond milk and maple syrup until combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined (do not overmix).
Grease the preheated waffle iron with cooking spray or butter and pour in about ¼ cup of batter for each waffle (or as much as your waffle iron can hold). Cook for about 5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
