Ingredients:

1 croissant
2 slices of ham
1 egg
1 slice of cheese (your choice)
½ avocado, sliced or mashed
2 tablespoons of salsa
½ cup of cooked vegetables (your choice)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Place the croissant on a plate or cutting board.
Place the ham slices on the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
Crack the egg into the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
Place the cheese slice on top of the croissant followed by the ham slices, egg, avocado slices/mash, salsa, and cooked vegetables.
