Ingredients:

100g split peas
1/2 onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
250ml vegetable stock

Cooking Instructions:

Place the split peas, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander and smoked paprika into a sous vide bag. Add the olive oil and vegetable stock. Seal the bag using the water displacement method.
Place the sealed bag into a preheated sous vide machine set to 85°C (185°F). Cook for 2 hours.
Remove the bag from the sous vide machine and carefully open it. Transfer the contents of the bag to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Serve with your favorite toppings such as croutons or fresh herbs. Enjoy!
