Ingredients:

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 300g)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
½ teaspoon paprika powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a shallow bowl, mix together the garlic powder, oregano, thyme leaves, paprika powder and salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Dip each chicken breast into the herb mixture and coat both sides evenly.
