Ingredients:

60g all
purpose flour
30g butter, softened
30ml milk of choice (almond, coconut, etc.)
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of low sugar or sugar free sweetener of choice (stevia, monk fruit, etc.)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sweetener until light and fluffy.
Add in the milk and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
Gradually add in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
On a lightly floured surface roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick and use cookie cutters to cut out shapes from the dough. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet about 1 inch apart from each other.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden brown around the edges. Allow to cool before serving.
