Ingredients:

1 large onion, sliced into rings
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons milk
Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking Instructions:

In a shallow bowl or plate, combine the breadcrumbs, flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl or plate, whisk together the eggs and milk until combined.
Dip each onion ring into the egg mixture and then coat in the breadcrumb mixture. Place on a plate or baking sheet until all rings are coated.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot add the coated onion rings and fry for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from heat and place on paper towels to drain any excess oil. Serve immediately while hot!
