Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1 teaspoon of dried thyme
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
½ cup of beef stock or broth
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the oregano and thyme and cook for another minute. Stir in the tomato paste until combined.
Pour in the beef stock or broth and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another minute or two until heated through. Serve warm over steak or other meats as desired.
