Ingredients:

1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or other non
dairy milk of choice
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the broccoli florets and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until the broccoli is tender.
Add the almond milk, nutritional yeast flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to the saucepan. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Using an immersion blender or regular blender, blend the soup until creamy and smooth. Serve warm.
