Ingredients:

50g macaroni pasta
2 tablespoons all
purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or other non
dairy milk of choice
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika powder (optional)
2 tablespoons vegan cheese shreds or slices (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain the cooked pasta and set aside.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the flour and almond milk until combined. Continue to whisk until the mixture thickens slightly, about 3 minutes.
Add the nutritional yeast flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika powder (if using), vegan cheese shreds or slices (if using), and cooked macaroni pasta to the saucepan with the thickened almond milk mixture. Stir everything together until combined and heated through. Serve immediately.
