Ingredients:

200g pork, diced into small cubes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 carrot, julienned
100g snow peas, trimmed and halved
200g noodles of your choice (e.g. udon or ramen)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork cubes and cook until lightly browned on all sides. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.
Add the carrots and snow peas to the wok and stir-fry for 3 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
Add the noodles to the wok along with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry for another 3 minutes until everything is heated through and combined together. Serve hot!
