Ingredients:

200g pork mince
1 cup cooked white rice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger root
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cups bok choy, chopped into bite
sized pieces

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork mince and cook until browned.
Add the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.
Add the cooked white rice to the pan and stir to combine with the pork mince.
Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and sugar to the pan and stir to combine everything together.
Add the bok choy to the pan and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until it is cooked through but still crisp.
Serve hot with extra soy sauce if desired.
