Ingredients:

100g chicken breast
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon grated ginger root

Cooking Instructions:

Cut the chicken into small cubes and set aside.
