Ingredients:

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 140°F (60°C).
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the bell pepper, broccoli, mushrooms, soy sauce and sesame oil to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes.
Transfer the vegetables to a vacuum seal bag and seal it using a vacuum sealer or the water displacement method.
Place the bag in the preheated water bath and cook for 30 minutes.
Remove the bag from the water bath and transfer the vegetables to a plate or bowl. Serve immediately.
