Ingredients:

120g butter, softened
120g peanut butter
80g honey
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
180g all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Add in the honey, egg yolk, and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until everything is well combined.
