Ingredients:

1 croissant
2 slices of ham
1 egg
1 slice of cheese (your choice)
½ avocado sliced or mashed
2 tablespoons of salsa
¼ cup of chopped vegetables (your choice)
2 tablespoons of fresh herbs (your choice)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the croissant on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 5 minutes until lightly toasted.
Meanwhile heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the ham slices and cook for 3 minutes until lightly browned. Flip the slices over and cook for an additional 3 minutes until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside on a plate.
In the same skillet add the egg and cook for 3 minutes until cooked through but still slightly runny in the center. Remove from heat and set aside on a plate next to the ham slices.
Assemble the croissant by adding the cheese slice first followed by the ham slices then egg then avocado then salsa then vegetables then herbs lastly top with remaining half of croissant to close it up like a sandwich.
Place back in oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted and everything is heated through. Serve warm!
