Ingredients:

1 ripe banana, mashed
2 tablespoons peanut butter (sugar free)
2 tablespoons honey (or other sweetener)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup oats (rolled or quick
cooking)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mash the banana until smooth. Add the peanut butter and honey and mix until combined.
Add the baking powder, cinnamon and oats to the bowl and mix until everything is well combined.
Using a spoon or your hands, form small balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with your fingers or a fork to form cookies.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown on the edges. Allow to cool before serving.
