Ingredients:

200g cooked white rice
100g shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger root
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup bean sprouts
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes until they are just cooked through.
Add the mushrooms and bean sprouts to the skillet and cook for another 3 minutes until they are tender.
Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine all of the ingredients. Cook for 5 minutes until everything is heated through.
Add the soy sauce to the skillet and stir to combine all of the ingredients again. Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is heated through again.
