Ingredients:

60g cooked chicken breast, diced
30g broccoli florets, chopped
30ml olive oil
15ml garlic, minced
120ml heavy cream
60ml Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add chicken and broccoli to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
In a small bowl, mix together heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until combined. Pour over chicken and broccoli in the skillet and stir until everything is evenly coated with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe dish and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
