Ingredients:

2 large flour tortillas
½ cup cooked black beans
½ cup cooked rice
¼ cup diced tomatoes
¼ cup diced onion
¼ cup shredded cheese of your choice (cheddar or Monterey Jack work well)
2 tablespoons salsa of your choice
2 tablespoons sour cream

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 183°F (83°C).
Place the two tortillas on a plate and spread the black beans, rice, tomatoes, onion and cheese evenly over them.
Roll up the burritos tightly and place them in a vacuum sealed bag. Make sure to leave some room for air to escape during cooking.
Place the bag in the preheated water bath and cook for 1 hour.
Remove the burritos from the bag and let cool for 5 minutes before serving with salsa and sour cream on top. Enjoy!
