Ingredients:

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger root
1/2 cup asparagus spears, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
4 ounces thin egg noodles or rice noodles

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until lightly browned on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the asparagus pieces and cook for another minute or two until they are just tender.
Return the chicken to the skillet along with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another minute or two until everything is heated through.
Add the noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined. Cook for another few minutes until the noodles are cooked through. Serve hot.
