Ingredients:

200g dried egg noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
200g boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into small cubes
150g mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add the egg noodles and cook for 5 minutes or until al dente. Drain the noodles in a colander and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes or until softened. Add the chicken cubes and cook for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes or until softened. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet along with the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes or until everything is heated through. Serve immediately.
