Ingredients:

200g dried egg noodles
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
150g boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
100g snow peas, trimmed and halved lengthwise
100g mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add the egg noodles and cook for 4-5 minutes until al dente. Drain the noodles and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the chicken strips to the wok and cook for 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Add the snow peas and mushrooms to the wok and cook for an additional 2 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Add the cooked noodles to the wok along with soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together until combined then remove from heat. Serve immediately.
