Ingredients:

200g gluten free flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
150ml warm water

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark
In a large bowl mix together the gluten free flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the olive oil and warm water and mix until it forms a dough.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and shape into an oval shape about 2cm thick.
Place the dough onto a greased baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
