Ingredients:

1 fillet of white fish (150g)
1 onion (50g)
2 cloves of garlic (10g)
1 carrot (50g)
2 tablespoons of olive oil (30ml)
1 teaspoon of paprika (5ml)
500ml vegetable stock or water
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the carrot and paprika and cook for another 3 minutes.
Add the vegetable stock or water and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and add the fish fillet. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
