Ingredients:

250g ground beef
1 egg
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 135°F (57°C).
In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper until well combined.
Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them in a vacuum sealed bag or container.
Place the bag or container into the preheated water bath and cook for 1 hour.
