Ingredients:

150g cooked chicken breast, diced
100g cooked rice
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
50g asparagus spears, cut into 2cm pieces
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the chicken and cook for 3 minutes until lightly browned.
Add the asparagus and cook for another 3 minutes until tender.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir to combine all ingredients.
Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine all ingredients together.
Cook for another 5 minutes until everything is heated through and combined together nicely. Serve hot!
