Ingredients:

50g butter (softened)
50g granulated sweetener (or sugar free alternative)
1 egg (beaten)
1 teaspoon orange extract
125g plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
50g dark chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sweetener until light and fluffy.
Beat in the egg and orange extract until combined.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder then add to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased baking tray, leaving enough space between each cookie for them to spread during baking.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown on top and cooked through in the middle.
