Ingredients:

500g all
purpose flour
7g active dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt
300ml warm water

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Stir until evenly mixed.
Slowly add the warm water and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap. Let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm place until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
Punch down the dough and shape into a round loaf on the prepared baking sheet. Cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and let rise for another 10 minutes before baking.
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown on top and sounds hollow when tapped on bottom of loaf. Allow to cool before slicing and serving!
