Ingredients:

120g rolled oats
30g raisins
60ml almond milk (or other non
dairy milk)
30ml vegetable oil (or melted coconut oil)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons stevia (or other sugar substitute)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine oats, raisins, almond milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon and stevia. Stir until well combined.
Using a spoon or your hands, scoop out small portions of the mixture and shape into balls. Place on prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly with your fingers or the back of a spoon.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
