Ingredients:

2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1 teaspoon of chili powder
½ teaspoon of cumin powder
½ teaspoon of black pepper
½ teaspoon of sea salt

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 135°F (57°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin powder, black pepper and sea salt.
Place the wet rub mixture into a sous vide bag and seal it tightly.
Place the bag into the preheated water bath and cook for 2 hours.
Remove the bag from the water bath and let it cool before serving.
