1 ripe banana, mashed
2 tablespoons of honey or agave nectar (or other sweetener of choice)
1/4 cup of coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup of almond flour
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (optional)
