Ingredients:

200g firm tofu, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the cubed tofu in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Mix until all pieces are evenly coated.
In a separate bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
Dip each piece of tofu into the breadcrumb mixture until it is fully coated. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or as part of a meal!
