Ingredients:

100g fettuccine pasta
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup vegetable broth or water
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or other non
dairy milk of choice
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain the cooked pasta and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the vegetable broth or water and bring to a simmer.
Add the almond milk, nutritional yeast flakes, lemon juice, salt and pepper to the skillet and stir until combined. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet with the sauce and toss until combined. Serve immediately with additional salt and pepper if desired.
