Ingredients:

60g penne pasta
1/4 cup vodka sauce
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain the cooked pasta and set aside.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the vodka sauce, diced tomatoes, garlic, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Add the cooked pasta to the saucepan and stir until all of the ingredients are combined. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
Serve hot with your favorite side dish or salad!
