Ingredients:

2 large flour tortillas
2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
½ cup cooked ham, diced
½ cup shredded cheese of your choice (cheddar or Monterey Jack work well)
¼ cup salsa of your choice
¼ avocado, sliced or diced

Cooking Instructions:
