Ingredients:

200g dried noodles
100g shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 zucchini, sliced into thin strips
100g mushrooms, sliced into thin strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add the noodles and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente. Drain the noodles and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
Add the zucchini and mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes or until softened. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute or until fragrant.
Return the cooked noodles to the skillet along with the cooked shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until everything is heated through. Serve immediately.
