Ingredients:

200g chicken breast, diced into small cubes
1/2 head of cabbage, shredded or chopped into thin strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger root, minced or grated
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until lightly browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Then add the cabbage strips to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet along with the soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles if desired.
