Ingredients:

150g all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
120ml warm water

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the olive oil and warm water and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into two equal pieces and roll each piece into a circle about 15cm in diameter.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook each pita for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
