Ingredients:

60g pork, diced
1/2 zucchini, diced
1/4 cup onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup cooked white rice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Cooking Instructions:

Add the zucchini, onion and garlic to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Add the cooked white rice to the pan and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil and stir to combine all ingredients together. Cook for an additional 3 minutes until everything is heated through.
