Ingredients:

200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger root
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
150g snow peas, trimmed and halved lengthwise
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, ginger root, and red pepper flakes (if using) and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they are just cooked through, about 3 minutes.
Add the snow peas to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Add the soy sauce and rice wine vinegar to the skillet and stir to combine all of the ingredients. Cook for an additional minute or until everything is heated through.
Serve immediately with steamed rice or noodles if desired.
