Ingredients:

100g soba noodles
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger root
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons soy sauce
