Ingredients:

80g fettuccine pasta
60g cooked chicken breast, diced
30g broccoli florets, chopped
30ml olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
120ml heavy cream
30g Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain the pasta and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the chicken and broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet with the sauce and toss until evenly coated. Serve immediately while hot!
