Ingredients:

500g of pork leg or shoulder, cut into thin slices
2 tablespoons of sea salt
1 tablespoon of freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary leaves, finely chopped

Cooking Instructions:

Place the pork slices in a large zip-lock bag and add the salt, pepper and rosemary. Seal the bag and massage the ingredients together until the pork is evenly coated.
Place the bag in a sous vide machine set to 65°C (149°F) for 12 hours.
Once cooked, remove the bag from the sous vide machine and transfer the prosciutto to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess moisture. Let cool before serving.
