Ingredients:

100g raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons white wine or vegetable broth
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes until the shrimp is cooked through.
Add the white wine or vegetable broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 2 minutes until most of the liquid has evaporated.
Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and parsley. Serve immediately.
