Ingredients:

2 manicotti shells
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons tomato sauce

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook manicotti shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Stuff each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture and place in an oven-safe dish. Top with tomato sauce and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
