Ingredients:

200g linguine pasta
1 can of chopped clams (drained)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons white wine or vegetable broth
2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the clams, oregano, red pepper flakes, white wine or vegetable broth, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine with the clam sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.
Serve immediately topped with fresh parsley and enjoy!
