Ingredients:

150g gluten free whole grain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
In a medium bowl, mix together the gluten free whole grain flour, baking powder and garlic powder.
Add the olive oil and water and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it is smooth and pliable.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about ¼ inch thick. Cut into desired shapes (rectangles or triangles work best). Place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving (optional).
